Providence, RI III

photoProvidence, the capital of Rhode Island, is a vibrant, artistic, and charming city. In the heart of it, while roaming the city streets, you notice grand neoclassical architecture, small boutiques and cafes, beautiful narrow landscaped streets, gaudy street murals, and striving artist and musicians. As part of New England this city resembles similar characteristics to Boston with a touch of Venice. I absolutely enjoyed watching the gondolas stream by the Woonasquatucket and Providence rivers. Once nicknamed the “Beehive of Industry” and known as the “Creative Capital” today, this little renaissance city lives up to its name.
